Sbse phle moong daal ko kadai me ghee daake golden brown hone tk bhune.

Thoda thanda hone per mixi me daal ko daalkr dardara piss le.

Ab kadai me milk boil karein,or sbhi dryfruits mix karein.low flame per chalate rhe.

Ek cup me 1 tsp vanilla custard and 2 tsp cold milk ache se mix kr milk me add krde.or sath hi pisi hue daal add karein.

Low flame per thick hone tk pakaye.

Thanda hone de,,or chilled serve karein.. dryfruits se garnish karein.
