Besan Malai Barfi
Steps

Roast the besan in 2 teaspoon ghee. Add malai and sugar in roasted besan.cook it on low flame for 7-8 minutes or till smooth dough consistency.

Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits. Mix well.sift the mixture in a plate.

Flat the dough with rolling pin.make cuts on it.cool it and enjoy the barfi.
