  • 1/2 cupto 3/4 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 1Serrano​ pepper seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoonschopped red onion
