Steps

In a mixing bowl take mashed potato add sago nicely squeeze excess water.

Next add grated carrot, beetroot, finely chopped capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves.

Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, garam masala and salt.

Mix everything well.

Take a handful portion of the mixture roll it on your hand.

Gently insert a wooden skewer lightly press with your hand to give a nice shape.

Similarly prepare rest of the seekh kebab as shown in the picture.

Heat oil in a non stick pan gently place the seekh kebab on it and cook from both sides till golden brown.

Take out on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.

Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
