Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 gpieces of stewing beef
  • 2small carrots
  • 3small onions
  • 2big tomatoes
  • 1 tsprajah curry spice
  • 2small green pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cube knorrox
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beef untill soft

  2. 2

    Add garlic, onion and oil fry for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add tomato, carrots and rajah spice

  4. 4

    Add Knorrox and water let it boil for 10 minutes
