Ingredients

  1. 1small container crab meat
  2. 1cream cheese bar
  3. 4portobello mushrooms
  4. to tasteSalt and pepper
  5. 1 tablespoonhot sauce (whichever kind you prefer)
  6. 1 teaspoonbutter
  7. 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  8. Optional- breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean up mushrooms and preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mix the cream cheese, crab meat, salt and pepper, HALF of the mozzarella and hot sauce in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Sautée mushrooms in a pan with the butter until slight color and heated through.

  4. 4

    Mound the mushrooms with the crab filling and place the rest of the mozzarella ontop.

  5. 5

    Optional- put breadcrumbs on the top for an extra crunch.

  6. 6

    Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese and/or breadcrumbs start to brown.
