Boil the milk add lemon juice.boil till curdling

Strain it in muslin cloth wash lightly with water hang for ten minutes

Add semolina and saffron water and mashed it till became smooth dough

Take one cup sugar or half contity of sugar add two cup water make a thin chasni

Make equal size ball without any crack

Cook it in chasni for ten to twelve minutes

Take a another pan now make a thik sugar syrupe with sugar and half of water add some saffron

Now put the rajbhog in yellow chasni and cook for 2to 4 minutes

Cool it and keep in fridge for two hour serve..
