Heat ghee in a heavy bottom kauai on medium low flame

Add sugar in it and caramelise till it properly melts and changes it color

When your sugar comes to the color as given in pic off the gas don't overcook the sugar otherwise it will be bitter in taste and also smell burnt

Dry roast the suji in another pan till light brown in color

Add the roasted suji in the caramelised sugar

Add water or milk in it and stir it continuously till its thick and combines properly
- 7
Add chopped dry fruits in it mix it and take it put in serving plate and serve it hot
