Roast the vermicelli in one tablespoon ghee

Keep one cup water to boil when starts boiling add sugar and now the roasted sewiyaan in it as it becomes soft take away from gas

In a pan boil the full cream milk and let the forming cream be set aside this is to be done for five to seven minutes after boiling

Now in this add chopped makhana stir few minutes and now add this to the sweet softened sewiyaan

Mix it well,and,after this gave tadka of ilachi powder in ghee,mix it well

At last garnish it with dry fruits chopped, enjoy hot or chilled as per your taste 😊
