Ingredients

  1. For stuffing....5-6 medium sized tomatoes
  2. 200 gmspaneer...crushed
  3. 1onion... finely chopped
  4. 100 gmssweet corn... crushed
  5. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  6. 1/4 tspred chilly powder
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan...heat 1tsp of oil...add onion....fry till translucent...add sweet corn...stir for 2-3min....now add paneer and all dry masalas...mix well

    Take tomatoes and cut from top... scoop out insides and fill the stuffing properly inside the tomato... take a pan and heat 1tsp of oil...put the tomatoes in the pan and cook..

    Tomatoes 5-6 medium sized cut into small pieces Onion two chopped Cashew nuts 1/2cups Butter 5 -6 tsp Red chilly 2 to 3 Bay leaves 2 Cardomom 1- 2 Cloves 1-2 Cinnamon 1 small pc Garam masala powder 1tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder 1/2tsp Haldi 3/4th tsp Salt to taste Jeera powder 1tsp 1 tbsp whipped cream For gravy..... Heat 2 tsp butter in a Pan..add onion.saute till it turns golden brown...now add red chilly, tomatoes and cashee nuts Cover it for 3-4 minutes Now grind..

    Take a pan...heat 1tbsp of butter...add cardamom and bay leaves....add puree....stir till it leaves oil...add all dry masalas and salt....mix well remove from heat and add cream...

    Add the gravy in the tomato pancook for 5min....stuff tomatoes are ready to serve.
