  • Lamb's lettuce
  • 1large tomato (in this case, Asturian)
  • 1ball buffalo mozzarella
  • Flaky salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Place a base of lamb's lettuce.

  2. 2

    Slice the tomato and mozzarella (let it drain beforehand). Alternate layers over the lamb's lettuce.

  3. 3

    Simply dress with olive oil, salt, and a bit of oregano.

  4. 4

    Easy and very quick! 😉
