Steps

Sieve maida suji and besan

Whip sugar and ghee till 10 min

Mix maida and ghee and then fold it gently form a dough

Shape them in equal size balls and bake them in preheated oven on 170 degree for 10-12 min

Take them out let it rest for 5 min and then take them out in wire rack to cool down
