    Sub se pehle milk ko garam karne ke liye rakh de

    Milk ko ubal aate hi gas ko band kar de aur milk ko 2 min fan ke niche rakhe

    Ab isme 2 tablespoon lemon juice dal ke thoda sa mix kar le aur aise hi rahne de

    Isko jayda mix na karein thoda mix kar ke aise hi chod de milk apne aap fat jayega

    Milk fatne ke baad use ek chalni ke uper maslin cloth me nikal ke Sara pani nikal de

  6. 6

    Ab isme thanda pani (tap water) dal ke chena ko acche se dho le

  7. 7

    Ab use press kar ke isme se pura pani nikal de

  8. 8

    Ab chena ko ek plate me leke acche se masle jab tak ye soft na ho

  9. 9

    Chena soft hote hi usme cornflower milaye aur fir se masle

  10. 10

    Ab iske chote chote ball bana le

  11. 11

    Ek pan me 1 cup sugar aur 4 cup Pani dal ke gas pe rakh de

    Jab pani ubalne lage usme chena balls dal ke dhak de aur full flame pe 20 minutes pakne de

  13. 13

    20 min baad gas band Kar le aur isme kevda essance milaye

  14. 14

    Ise ek bowl me nikal ke fridge me rakh de

  15. 15

    Thanda hone ke baad parose

  16. 16

    Aap ke ekdum soft and spongy resgulle tayar hai
