Ingredients

  1. 2 cupground egusi
  2. 1 bunchpumpkin leaves(ogu)
  3. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  4. 10 piecesbee
  5. 1ball of onion
  6. 1/2tea spoon of pepper
  7. 1small stock fish
  8. dry fish
  9. 4maggi cubes
  10. ltable spoon of ground crayfish
  11. 1/2tea spoon of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Get a pot place on heat,wash your meat onion salt Maggi stir for 10mins.

  2. 2

    Add stockfish and dry fish for 10mins

  3. 3

    Mix your egusi with water and roll little, add crayfish allow to cook for 15mins

  4. 4

    Add vegetables after 2min turn of heat

  5. 5

    It came out so delicious can be eaten with pounded yam fufu, eba, and semo.
