Cut,wash and boil meat with salt,onion and Maggi cube till is soft.

Add more water to it for the making of the soup.add palmoil and cover the pot.allow to boil very well.

Add achi sprinkle it and stir vigorously to avoid lumps.and allow to boil very well.

Add crayfish,pepper,Salt and Maggi and allow to boil for 5mins check if the soup is too thick because of the achi.

Add more water if necessary allow to boil then add the vegetable and bring down immediately.bimmediately.bon appetite.
