1meduim onion, chopped
1small green pepper, chopped
2large tomatoes, chopped
Pinchsugar
1 tinpilchard in tomato sauce
pinchsalt
pinchpaprika

Fry onions &peppers till tender add pinch salt&paprika then add 2 medium tomatoes till it turns into gravy

Add your saldanha pilchards tined fish leave to simmer for 15 minutes

Ready to serve with pasta or rice
