Ingredients

  • 1meduim onion, chopped
  • 1small green pepper, chopped
  • 2large tomatoes, chopped
  • Pinchsugar
  • 1 tinpilchard in tomato sauce
  • pinchsalt
  • pinchpaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions &peppers till tender add pinch salt&paprika then add 2 medium tomatoes till it turns into gravy

  2. 2

    Add your saldanha pilchards tined fish leave to simmer for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Ready to serve with pasta or rice
