Heat oil and butter together and fry paneer cubes in it. Once it gets crust on its side take it out from pan.

In same butter and oil fry garlic and green chilli in it turns golden. Add tomato puree later and let it reduce to half. Then add curd and all masala and again let it get reduce to half.

Now add paneer and fresh cream with kasuri methi and mix it with gentle hands. Cook it till oil floats on top.

Serve it with rice or naan
