  • 1 tspbarbecue
  • 1 cupflour
  • 500 mloil
  • 1/2 tspmild spice
  • Pinchsalt
  • 5eggs

    Clean well the fish

    Beat the eggs in a small bowl

  3. 3

    On another bowl add all spices in flour pinch salt

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in high temperature start frying until its golden brown

  5. 5

    I served with rice and chakalaka
