What a great way to get your veggies. While shopping I noticed ready made zucchini Lentil pasta. I am a big fan of the lentil pasta it is an easy way to add protein into your diet and still enjoy pasta. Veggie Made has this microwave ready version.

What a great way to get your veggies. While shopping I noticed ready made zucchini Lentil pasta. I am a big fan of the lentil pasta it is an easy way to add protein into your diet and still enjoy pasta. Veggie Made has this microwave ready version.
Steps

Start by microwaving your pasta per directions

Place one can of cheddar soup in mixing bowl
- 3
Add to this your scoop of flavorless protein powder. This is optional I just wanted to bump up my protein a little. Combine well

Add in 1/2 of shredded cheese. Combine well

Add in the cooked Lentil pasta. Mix well your pasta will stick together break that up while combining

Place in a baking dish with nonstick spray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35

I baked mine for 30 then mixed it again. The pasta held up in the oven well
