Ingredients

  • 2 packagesmicrowave ready Lentil pasta
  • 1 cancondensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2servings of shredded cheese 56g
  • 1 scoopGenepro flavorless protein powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by microwaving your pasta per directions

    Place one can of cheddar soup in mixing bowl

    Add to this your scoop of flavorless protein powder. This is optional I just wanted to bump up my protein a little. Combine well

    Add in 1/2 of shredded cheese. Combine well

    Add in the cooked Lentil pasta. Mix well your pasta will stick together break that up while combining

    Place in a baking dish with nonstick spray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35

    I baked mine for 30 then mixed it again. The pasta held up in the oven well

    Nutrition info. I divided this up into 6 portions.
