Jollof rice garnish with green pepper green peas and carriot

First l cut my onions carriot and green pepper and pound your galic and ginger

Then l wash my meat and spice wit curry and thyme powder galic gegger green pepper maggi yellow pepper and salt to stir for 10mins.

Then boil your rice and wash set aside and fry my meat then l add my tomotoes in the beef stock, then add little curry powder allow to cook for 10mins.

Add water into stew and allow to cook for 5mins,then add ur rice to cook for 15mins.

When the rice is ready then add your green peas carriot and mix very well.

My garnish jollof rice is so lovely.
