Ingredients

  1. 5 cuprice
  2. 2 tintomatoes
  3. 2 teaspooncurry and thyme powder
  4. lpack green peas
  5. 4carriot
  6. 2large balls of onions
  7. 2large size of spring onions
  8. 3 cubesmaggi seasoning
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1/2 kgbeef
  11. 4size of galic and ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    First l cut my onions carriot and green pepper and pound your galic and ginger

  2. 2

    Then l wash my meat and spice wit curry and thyme powder galic gegger green pepper maggi yellow pepper and salt to stir for 10mins.

  3. 3

    Then boil your rice and wash set aside and fry my meat then l add my tomotoes in the beef stock, then add little curry powder allow to cook for 10mins.

  4. 4

    Add water into stew and allow to cook for 5mins,then add ur rice to cook for 15mins.

  5. 5

    When the rice is ready then add your green peas carriot and mix very well.

  6. 6

    My garnish jollof rice is so lovely.
