Ingredients

  1. 100 grice flour
  2. 30 gCassava flour
  3. 1 gsalt
  4. 150 gboiling water
  5. 5 goil
  6. 400 gShrimp
  7. take off shell, half to made mud, half complete shrimp
  8. vegetables and Carrots chop into mud
  9. put favorite source to mix, wait 10 min

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour and salt

  2. 2

    Boiling water into step1, oil into step1, Dough separate to 22 small balls.

  3. 3

    Push open the dough to round pieces, around 7~8cm diameter.

  4. 4

    Put shrimp into step3, warped and seal with finger.

  5. 5

    Steam, put step4 into boiling water, don't touch water just use steam, heat 5 minutes. done!
