  • 1cucumber
  • 10 cmcarrot
  • 3ham
  • 100 gHarusame noodle(Chinese starch noodle)
  • 1 tablespoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1.5 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 50 mlwater
  • Sesame

Steps

    Make thin baked egg and shred. Shred other ingredients in same size.
