Ingredients

  1. 3pcs.Eggplant
  2. 1tbsp.oyster sauce
  3. 1tbsp.brown sugar
  4. 1tbsp.Sesame oil
  5. 1tsp.Chili sauce
  6. 2 tbspfried garlic
  7. 1 tspdark soy sauce
  8. 1onion,minced
  9. to tasteSalt and ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the eggplant till soften.

  2. 2

    Mixed the oyster sauce,brown sugar,sesame oil,chili sauce,garlic,dark soy sauce,minced onion in a bowl.

    Slice the eggplant and top it wih the mixed seasonin,Salt and ground black pepper to taste..Enjoy!
