Overnight soaked moog daal ko mixi mein daalkar dardara pees le

Ab kadaai mein desi ghee daalkar daal ke paste ko bhunein

Jab tak ki wo suji ki tarah alag alag or achchhey golden colour mein aaker ghee chhodne lage tab tak ise bhunnna hai

Now add the water in it...and also put sugar and dry fruit in it..or ise achchhey se garah hone ke liye hilaatey rahein

Now your moong daal halwa ready to serve chaahe to thode dry fruits garnise bhi kar saktey hai
