Ingredients

  • 3 cupsbeans
  • 1/2 teaspoondry red pepper
  • 1big bulb of onion
  • Salt
  • 1knorr cube
  • 1cksp Crayfish
  • Bunchscent leaf
  • 4 piecesunripe plantain
  • 1Ginger
  • 50 gpalmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beans for about 35mins,bring down and wash.

  2. 2

    Put back on fire to a boiling water.boil for 5-7mins add onion,garlic and cover the pot.

  3. 3

    When it has boiled round add salt,Maggi,crayfish,pepper.boil for another 7-10mins.check the quantity of water(let it not cover it,let it almost dried up)

  4. 4

    Add unripe plantain and palmoil boil for another 5mins then stir with a wooden spoon and pour in the scent leaf.

  5. 5

    Stir and boil for 3mins.food is ready.
