Pour in the palm oil, place the pot on fire and allow it stay until it's sizzling hot then pour in the blended pepper and onions (ensure it's not smoothly blended).

Add the locust beans almost immediately after the pepper and allow it fry
- 3
Keep stirring it to ensure it doesn't burn, pour in your diced meat, kpomo, stock fish, offal and continue to stir
- 4
Allow it fry for another 15mins then add salt and Maggi and let it simmer a bit. Your Ofada sauce is ready😋😋😋
