Omena with carrots served with saute kale

In to a bowl pour in the Omena and add in hot water and cover for around 15 minutes.

Then put to boil for about five minutes with lemon pulp.

Then start frying the diced onions in oil.

Then add in the tomatoes and stir. Add salt and the grated carrots. Mix then add in royco dissolved in water.

Then add in the boiled Omena and stir and cook for a few minutes then serve with saute kales and ugali.
