Cooking Instructions

Sort and rinse beans a few times

Cover with 3 or 4 inches of cold water

Brown cut up sausage in a pan

Add everything to the pot of soaking beans except butter
- 5
Cook on low for three and a half hours or until done
- 6
Add 1tbsp butter
