Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupkala chana boiled
  2. 1 cupsemolina
  3. 1-2 green chillies,
  4. 1 inchgarlic
  5. 2-3 tbsp yougurt/ dahi
  6. to tastesalt
  7. to tastecumin powder
  8. to taste black pepper powder
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    1) Firstly boiled the kala chana along with saltin 4 cups water till 5 whistles.Remove from heat,drain and transfer in a bowl.

    2) Garind the kala chana along with green chillies,garlic and curd make a smooth paste.

    3) Take a bowl add all ingredients accept oil mix together well.

    5) Heat oil and deep frying in medium aach p.

    6) served hot with green chutney.

    4) Make a shape with mould put cashew nuts on it.
