Wash and soak dosa rice either over night or 2 hour's before.

Wash and cut into pieces of bottle gourd.

Peel the skin and discard the seeds.

Cut into small pieces.

Grind the soaked rice along chopped bottle gourd.

Add salt and little water in the time of grinding.

Grind it to a smooth paste.

Transfer the batter to a steel vessel.

Heat iron dosa tava and apply coconut oil 1/8 tsp.

Now take a table spoon of batter and pour on the tava.

Close the lid. Let it be cook for 1 minute in a medium flame.

Now flip the other side and let it be cook 15 seconds and remove.

Fold it and serve in hot.
