Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp.Chickpea flour (besan)
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  • 1 tea spoonsalt or according to taste
  • 1 tea spoonBlack pepper
  • 1 tea spooncumin powder
  • 1 tea spooncarron seeds (ajwain)
  • 6-7 tbsp.Water
  • 3whole wheat chapatis
  • Garlic mayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix besan, salt, carron seeds, water, chopped onions, black paper, cumin powder and make a smooth batter.

    Apply the batter on whole wheat chapatis.

    Put them on hot greased tawa and cook from both the sides.

    Cut them into pieces and apply garlic mayonnaise.
