1 cupgrated louki
2 cupmilk
1 cupsugar
1drop of green colour
2 teaspoondesi ghee
1 pinchcardamom powder
almons for garnishing

Sab se pehle grated louki ko pan me dale or pani sukhaye
2

Ab isme ghee add karein or achhe se pakayein
3

Jab louki soft ho jaye to milk dale or ise milk reduce hone tak pkne de isme spoon chlate rahein
4

Milk achhe se reduce hone par sugar add karein or kinare chodne tak pakayein
5

Halwa ready hai...bachhe veggies nahi khate but ye halwa khake khush ho jayege
