Steps

Clean the matumbo well and cut into small sizeable pieces

Bring the cleaned matumbo to boil well for 1hour until soft.

Prepare all the ingredients by chopping tomatoes and coriander leaves and slicing onions and garlic

In a sufuria fry the onions and garlic u til golden brown

Add tomatoes and cook until soft

Add coriander lea es and cook for 1 minute then add the boiled matumbo to the mixture then simmer for 3 minutes

Serve hot with chapati or ugali.
