Steps

Wash meat (beef) and cut into small pieces. Then boil with salt and 1/2 cup of water. Add 4 tbsp of oil.

Cook until all water is dried up. Then add diced onions and fry till soft.

Cook for a few minutes the add in crushed garlic. Cook until the a sweet aroma is produced

Add Pilau masala, mixed spices, coriander powder and cook for 5 minutes.

Add in rice and 1½ litres of water.

Cover the pilau and cook for further 45 minutes.

Then uncover and stir. Then simmer, at this point check after every few minutes if ready. If ready serve with stew.
