Boil 2 cups of water in a sufuria, add your margarine and let melt well

Add your flour in small bits and keep mixing with a flat wooden spoon. Keep adding the flour untill the mixture is thick enough and can be shaped.

Shape it all around the sufuria allow to cook for 5 minutes then turn and shape it and allow to cook for 5 more minutes. Keep turning untill the ugali is fully cooked.

Serve and enjoy with kienyeji greens.
