I made this in the morning, i love taking it especially when i have lots of manual work to handle, and it also helps me add weight and that has been my goal off late.

I made this in the morning, i love taking it especially when i have lots of manual work to handle, and it also helps me add weight and that has been my goal off late.

Wash the avocadoes, cut and put the avocado pulp in a blender (you can blend twice depending on the size of your blender.)

Add in milk with water 50:20 milk : water ratio.

Add sugar then blend.

Blend until smooth.

Add in the quincher juice in the avocado and blend. This adds flavor and taste.

Serve.
