Bake cake according to directions on box.

Put chocolate chips in mixing bowl. Then add 1 and 1/3 cups of heavy cream and 4 tablespoons of butter to saucepan and heat until it comes to boil.

Add hot cream and butter to the chocolate chips and use wire whip to blend. Cool for 15 -20 minutes.

Cut or tear cake into approx. 3 inch pieces and place in mixing bowl.

Pour 1 and 1/3 cups of ganache over cake cubes and mix until it looks like fudge.

Line spring pan with parchment or wax paper and spread mixture evenly in the pan. Then level smooth.

Stretch plastic wrap over pan and press in place. Place in freezer for 1 hour or until firm enough to unfold.

Pull dessert from freezer and run knife around inside edge to break loose. Then release form.

Flip over and remove paper from bottom. Frost cake with chilled ganache.

Place strawberries around top edge of iced cake.
