CRUST: combine crumbs with sugar and melted butter, press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 mins.

FILLING: with kitchen aid or electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after every addition. Pour over baked crust.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 mins, reduce heat to 250 degrees, bake for 35 mins longer or until just firm in the middle. Turn oven off and prop the door open, leave cheesecake in cooling oven.
