The beauty of making things from scratch is you can control everything in it! This goes with all sorts of salads.

Place lemon juice and mayo in a bowl and whisk until combined and a bit frothy

Add olive oil in a slow pouring motion into the lemon and mayo mix. The mixture will start to thicken continue to do this until all of the olive oil is used.

Pour over salad of choice and let soak into salad and enjoy!
