Then wash it and put it in cooker and then tadka laga do

Put oil in cooker, when the oil become hot then put sprouts in the cooker

Now add all spices and mix well then cover it with lid on high flame

After 1 whistle open the cooker

Then cool the sprouts, add fruits of your choice then add tamarind chutney then mix well

Now, ready to serve
