1 cupsooji
2 cupwater
1 cupghee
1 cupsugar
Dry fruits (optional)

Steps

Soak sooji in water for 30 minutes. Heat ghee in a wok add sugar stir continously till sugar melts and red in colour. Add soaked sooji and stir continously otherwise lumps can be formed. After absorbing water turn off the gas.add dry fruits if u like and serve.
