Agar apka sugar syrup 2 taar ka ban gaya ho to usko gas par se utaar le or usme mungfali powder mix krde.or ache se hilate rahe tb tak thoda thick na ho jaye.bs fir kisi thalli ya plate me ghee se greese kar ke sara batter usme daalde or ache se failade.or man chah shape ki barfi kat kar lein.or thodi der ke liye tanda hone tak rehne dijiye or serve kijiye
