Steps

Boil your minji for 5mins so to retain the green colour.

On the frying pan put chopped onions and oil fry till Brown then add your tomatoes.

Cook till a think paste forms then add salt minji,carrots.
- 4
Let them cook for 3mins then add bananas and mix them well
- 5
Let them cook for 2mins then add water and let them cook all together.
- 6
Its ready to serve
