Steps

Add the Spice in to Besan. Mesh the Besan with water and make stiff dough

Make 4-5 slender rolls of dough.

Take 1liter water and boil this water in pot. Drop rolls in to boil water and boil the dough until it become stiff and check out by inserting knife

Now take fry pan. And pour the oil now add cumin seed and garlic clove and green chilly

Add chopped onion and tomatoes and let them fry until they become light brown. Add little water and asafoetida boil for 10-15 minutes.

Add slice of rolls into curry and mix 1spoonful sour curd and boil for some time

Garnish with coriander of leave and serve in plate.
