1potato, chopped
1onion, chopped
1green pepper, chopped
2 tspcurry spice
3 tbsoil
2 litreswater
1 cubebeef stock

Wash well the sugar beans and boil until cooked

In separate pot, fry onion, green pepper, curry and chopped potato

Then add sugar beans and beef stock

Serve with rice it's yummy
