Healthy breakfast recipe, made rava Uttapam.
Specially for my sweet baby simple easy and quick recipe, kids love this and finish with in a minute.
Steps

In a big bowl add rava, smooth curd and make batter like idli batter.

Add salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper.

Keep batter for rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now add Eno in the batter and mix well.

Heat a non stick pan, pour 1 ladle batter in the pan only until it makes mini utpam shown in the pics.

Sprinkle all fine chopped Vegetable, Capsicum in the middle or as your choice.

Pour a spoon of pulon top of all Uttapam.

When the first side is cooked, flip sides and cook the other side.

Serve with fresh curd or tomato sauce.
