3eggs
2 pinchesblack pepper
2 pinchescoriander
to tasteSalt

Chop the arrow roots and cut it into Small round shapes.wash it thoroughly.

Boil for 15 to 20 minutes with salt to taste.

In a bowl break the eggs add coriander and black pepper.

Dip the boiled arrow roots in the eggs then dip it in hot boiling cooking oil.

Serve while hot.
