Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 1 tea spoonsoy sauce
  • Shichimi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the egg shell, preheat the water to 60c

  2. 2

    Sous vide the eggs (using Anova in this case) for 45 mins in 64 c

  3. 3

    Retrieve the eggs from the pot and cool it in the cold water for 3 mins

  4. 4

    Crack the eggs and pour it into a bowl

  5. 5

    Dress with soy sauce and some shichimi powder to taste
